The Lavender League
About
The Lavender League is a student-run organization at Texas Woman’s University for LGBTQ+ students and allies to celebrate identity and community. We welcome all of any orientation, gender identity, and cultural background. Our main goals are to provide an inclusive safe space for hosting social events, facilitating conversation, making friends, and empowering our community. In addition, we discuss and resolve issues that we observe in the world around us through awareness, education, and action.
The Lavender League prioritizes meeting, connecting with, and serving others.
We host meetings biweekly (every other week) that are come and go as you please and open to club members, students, allies, and guests. Join us for hangouts, themed events, discussions, and more!
